    • Hello Mehreen,

      Thank you for writing in.

As far as we know, Cambridge plans for the June 2021 exams to go ahead where it is permitted and safe. We would suggest that you contact your exam centre, where you registered for the exams, for any changes.

      Thank you.

  1. hi, I’m from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
I will be sitting for my IGCSE exam in 2021 November as a private candidate. I would like to know if there are any student rooms or groups for private candidates where we can get ideas, motivations, from each other. thank you

  2. Hi, I’m from Penang, MALAYSIA.

I plan to homeschool my daughter for IGCSE Exam as a Private Candidate through my Local British Council or International School bear us. My daughter chose these 5 subjects ; English (500), Maths (580), Biology (610), Geography (460), Accounting (452).

I understand that some subjects have 2-3 papers to sit for exam and we need to chose. How I know which paper code to choose? Is it all available for private candidates?

    • Hello Doris,

      Thank you for writing in.

There is a compulsory combination of papers needed for each subject. Please kindly let us know more details before we could provide the appropriate suggests:

      1. Please let us know what are the grades your daughter intends to achieve? Either Grade A* or Grade C. This will determine the right curriculum you need to choose.

      2. When does your daughter plan to sit for the exams? A rough idea is good enough.

We’re looking forward to hear from you.
