Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

  • Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

      You must always start your letter with, “Dear xxx,”. Then end with, “With lots of love, xxx” or “Best wishes, xxx”.

  1. How was Chem and biology for all the students who took it in Feb March? We’re the mcqs hard? What do you 3rd er the grade threshold to Be?

    I am in a little bit doubt that whether I submitted all my papers carefully in a folder in Cambridge igcse exam .But do you think that Cambridge will take those papers back if they see any paper is left behind in desk

    • Hi Major,
      Please do not worry about that. All the papers will be submitted. The most important thing you must do is, always write your candidate number and name, then fasten ALL your papers together.

  3. Hey IGCSE centre i was wondering if october november series is harder than the may june series and if the febuary march is harder than oct/nov and may/jun?
