  1. Hello,
I just want to make sure of a point..
In English as a second language 0510
In exercises 6 and 7 if you don’t have enough space can you continue in the blank page; of course after writing refer to blank page beside the question
Or will it not be corrected??

    • Hi Salma,

Yes, you can ask for a new piece of paper. Just label it correctly, and fasten it with your question paper. You must confirm the method of fastening with your exam centre / the exam officer. The usual method is to tie with a string or stapler.

      • I actually meant the blank page in the exam itself…it’s an empty page at the end of the exam not an extra one. However, some people said that this page is only for draft work. Thus, I am hoping you can clarify whether it will be checked or not.
Thank you very much for your quick and helpful reply though. It will be very useful in my coming subjects.

        • Hi Salma,

The blank page is to indicate the end of the questions. If you wish to write your answer on that blank page and need confirmation that it would be marked, please kindly write to the exam board, CIE, for such confirmation. Only the exam board, or the exam officer in your school is able to give this confirmation to you.

        • Hi
I actually wrote my tamil exams in the 2018 may june series and had written one of my answers in the blank page and was worried I would lose marks.
but thankfully it was corrected and I scored full.
          so usually it is corrected.
