Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.
- Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
- 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
- “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
- DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

I wanted to know that for IGCSE Information and Communication Technology (0417) Web Authoring can be done on Microsoft FrontPage or Microsoft Experssion ?

In the practical tests, candidates are able to use a WYSIWYG editor but they must be able to edit HTML manually and have a limited understanding of HTML. As such, you are free to choose whichever html editor to use.

for chemistry 0620, the 2018 papers aren’t in the folder when I click. Feb march has 2 papers, May June has 1 and Oct Nov has 1.

I found the maths (0580) and business studies (0450) papers extremely easy.
Is there a chance that the threshold to receive an A star will be moved higher if most students got good marks?
Hi Mercy,
We can’t speculate that. The thresholds are decided after each examination has been taken and marked. The aim in each year (or examination series) is to set each threshold in just the right place to ensure that it is no more difficult and no less difficult to obtain that grade than it was in the previous year.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing problems with our Google Drive. We are trying to re-upload the files. Once the files are back, we suggest that you sign in to your Google account before adding the folders to your “My Drive.” But please bear in mind that these are voluntary service so please do not demand us to put it back immediately.
The whole restoring of the files may take a while but if you need the papers now, we suggest that you search on the other site at the meantime. Furthermore, we’ve stated on this page to not download the past papers the last minute since Google Drive often has problems serving during peak hours.
