  1. Can Cambridge please make the exam materials available according to regions? It seems that there is heavier traffic from other regions affecting the access of the materials from other areas. I have been struggling to access the March 2021 papers and every time I receive the message ‘google drive not responding’

    • Hello Charles,

      Thank you for writing in.

We would like to inform you that you are accessing IGCSE Centre’s library of resources, not Cambridge’s.

We suggest that you clear your browsing data, e.g. history, cookies etc. Please also access the past papers page at Google non-peak hours. The non-peak hour for Google is 7 pm-7 am, GMT 0. Kindly work it out in your local time zone.

If you need any assistance, feel free to write to us. Thank you for your understanding.

  2. Hello,
May I ask why 2021 March series past year paper for Malay – Foreign Language (0546) and English – Second Language (count-in oral) (0511) is not out yet?

    • Hello Joe,

Both Malay – Foreign Language (0546) and English – Second Language (count-in oral) (0511) are not offered during the March exam series.

Malay – Foreign Language (0546) is examined in the June examination series and candidates can enter English – Second Language (count-in oral) (0511) in the June and November exam series.

You may check their availability in their respective subject syllabus here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/.

We hope this helps. Thank you.

  3. I find a mistake in 0606/22/M/J/19, question 12(a)(iii), the question says gf(x)=4, but in the answer paper, it is equal to 45. If put the final answer into the function, gf(x) will not be 4.

    • Hello there,

The March 2021 Examiner Reports are not yet available. It is usually released four to six weeks after the exam results are released.

      Thank you for your understanding.

    • Hello there,

      • Hi,
the time learning IGCSE is 2 years can candidates take the exam after 1 year of learning? If they can then is it sensible to do so?

        • Hello there,

The 2 year period is usually for schooled students, following schools calendar plus holidays etc. There is no hard rule that candidates must study IGCSE for a two year period.

If you are a private candidate, you may judge your readiness to sit for the exams independently. You can always sit for IGCSE exams anytime, whenever you are ready. This is one of the benefits of being a private candidate.

However, if you are a schooled candidate, you must follow the schooling year.

You can check out our A* Online Courses. Both schooled, and private candidates use our courses to help them prepare for their IGCSE exams as these courses had produced thousands of A*/A achievers worldwide.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to write to us, and we’ll be happy to help.
