This guarantee is not an automatic guarantee by simply subscribing to our courses, and do nothing about it. So, how to qualify for the A/A* guarantee? Read these Terms & Conditions, or the summary below:

1. Download the timetable guide we provide inside the course, and make your own study timetable.
2. Share your study calendar with us, no later than 1 week after you signed up for the course.
3. Spend a minimum of 60 minutes per day on each subject – watch the video tutorial and study revision notes.
4. Revisit all the lessons at least twice in the week.
5. Work on all the practices we assign, and engage in Q&A sessions to get clarification on how to write A* answers for the practices.
6. Work on all the past exam papers we assign, engage in Q&A sessions for guidance, learn your mistakes and how not to repeat them.
7. If you prove to us that you have fulfilled the above steps 1 to 5 diligently, but still could not score A or A*, we will be glad to provide a full refund to you.
   * Our system can detect how often you log in to study, and your engagement in Q&A sessions. You are required to scan all the worked practices and past exam papers as proof of your efforts.
8. To qualify for the guarantee for English subjects, you must apply for our special 1 year English programme.

1. Our courses are meant for Candidates only.
   (Proof of Candidate’s identity is required. No refund would be granted if we found out you are not a candidate.)
2. Teachers/Schools/Learning Centres: please Fill up this form to apply for special rates.
3. No part of the courses should be shared.
4. Downloading videos is prohibited.
5. We love you, but we don’t tolerate any negative behaviours from either candidates or parents.
   (Let’s leave all the whining, complaining and rudeness behind and embark on a positive journey towards scoring A*! 🙂 )
6. Courses are released weekly according to the scheduled timetable.
   (We have to abide by the scheduled timetable and won’t entertain any request to access course materials scheduled for release at a future date)
7. Violation of any of clauses 3 to 6 will lead to your account being disconnected and you will be refused admission without any refund.
8. There is no refund for our courses.

1. Choose the subject and exam board (Cambridge or Edexcel) that you wish to register for and click the button of your preferred payment method. You may choose to make payment via PayPal or via Stripe (both payment gateways are able to process debit/credit card).
2. You will be redirected to a “coupon page”. Enter your coupon code if you have one, and click “Apply”. If you do not have a coupon code, just click “Continue without coupon”.
3. Next, you will arrive on the respective gateway checkout page to fill up your payment details.
4. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a first email confirming your purchase, and a second email containing instructions to complete your registration.
5. Once the registration is completed, you will receive a third email and be prompted to submit proof of the candidate’s identity for verification. Our team will verify your documents and approve your account within 24 hours upon receipt of correct documentation.
6. Once your account is approved, you will receive a notification email and you will be able to login and study right away!
7. If you wish to subscribe for a second subject, please come back to this page and make a second purchase, after your first subscription has been approved.
   (Unfortunately, the subscription function does not allow bulk purchase)
8. You are entitled to 5% discount for your second (and subsequent) subject subscription, including all the A* Model Answers. However, you must email us to obtain the discount code, after your first subscription is approved.
9. If you can not find any confirmation message from us in your inbox, please check your “Spam/Junk” box.
   (Gmail users please check your “Promotional”, “Social” box.)
10. If you wish to keep the course active beyond the duration of the course, just continue the monthly subscription payment. Otherwise, you may cancel your subscription at the end of the course.

You may pay the monthly fee with your debit/credit card. However, since it will be on subscription basis, a PayPal account will be required. You may then proceed to link your Credit/Debit card with your PayPal account. We strongly suggest that you validate your PayPal accounts to remove the initial spending limit and to avoid failed payment transactions. Please kindly follow PayPal’s instructions to validate your account.

Advantages of using PayPal: You can simply update a new debit/credit card inside your PayPal profile if your card happen to expire or not having enough balance for subsequent monthly payment. Once you update your new card, you can continue with your course where you left off.

You may arrive on a different-looking check-out page, depending on your browsing history. PayPal tracks your browsing history, then displays a certain check-out page based on your history. Here are just a few that you might run into. Simply click on the button shown below, and you will be brought to the page to pay with your debit/credit card and create a PayPal account.

Stripe handles your monthly payment directly with your bank which issued your debit/credit card.

If a subscription charge fails, Stripe tries it a couple of times then it will cancel the subscription. At that point, your access to the course(s) would be blocked.

If a credit card expires, Stripe works directly with the credit card providers for the newly issued card. There will be no involvement from our side.

Disadvantage of using Stripe: If your debit card does not have enough balance and you decide to pay using a completely different card then that is no longer covered by the existing subscription agreement. A new transaction needs to take place so a new agreement can be accepted by you with the new debit card. You have to cancel the existing subscription and perform a new transaction using the new card. You will have to start the course from the beginning again, unfortunately.

Please cancel the subscription only when you have fully completed the whole course – including the assigned past exam papers and participate in Q&A sessions. Once the subscription is cancelled, you no longer have access to the course(s), no matter when was your last payment.

Paypal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

Stripe:
