I want to know if Loci is coming in the syllabus for the IGCSE Maths (0500) exam in 2021 March…
It’s written in the syllabus that it has been removed from the syllabus but my Maths IGCSE school teacher told that “It’s not totally cancelled.”
He’s also the coordinator for the IGCSE Board Exams, so he has an idea…

It is best that you follow the latest subject syllabus. The syllabus and exams are both prepared by Cambridge Assessment International Education.
If you wish to understand what your teacher meant by “it’s not totally cancelled”, it is best that you consult your teacher for clarification.

Hello I’ve subscribed to your newsletter and all that and you guys seem to be giving very vague answers and I really appreciate the work you guys are doing here but im really worried about my exam next year (im part of igcse o level 2021 sri lanka batch) I would really appreciate if you let me know in a bit more detailed manner, and I’d like to know if im wasting my time because Im in a situation where my parents cant pay that amount for online classes right now, Im really so sorry for my rude tone but im worried about everything and im stressing out. I need something that i can rely on, a good teacher who can simplify the lesson enough for me to understand as im not very bright when it comes to accounting and math and economics. I need help and immediately. Again im sorry for the rude and inconsiderate tone but im really scared.

First of all, please do not worry. You still have ample time to revise everything before your examinations. We cannot stress enough the importance of answering past exam papers as it would help you familiarise with the question style and format. Then read and annotate your textbook for the questions you got wrong.
We also suggest that you download the Examiner’s Report here: https://igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-past-exam-papers/. It has examiner’s advice on how to gain marks and how to avoid common mistakes students usually make during the exams.
