  1. Hey people! I have a question , can anyone explain the hydrogen fuel cell in detail???
    Thanks a lot in advance

    • It is very simple. essentially electons flow from the negative pole to the positive pole. in b/w these two is a solution of KOH. hydrogen is put into the cell on one side and Oxygen on the other, what comes out is water vapor. hydrogen, at the negative electrode loses electrons, so 2H2+4OH(minus)=4H2o and electrons
on the other side, oxygen reacts with the products of this reaction to form OH(minus)
      so O2 +H2o+ electrons= 4OH(minus).
electrons flow from the negative pole to the positive one as water is produced.
when we cancel out the reactants and products that are the same we get-

      2H2+O2=2H2O

    • I’ve never learnt that before and im 100% sure that’s not coming in our exam! we just needa know about electrolysis in general ๐Ÿ™‚

    • when i understand it i will come back to u hahah ๐Ÿ˜€
