  1. Dear IGCSE Team,
its a good thing to refer but some questions come in our exams from different past papers and arranged sequence wise should I still refer it? or revise my books content

  2. Dear IGCSE team,

When will the website for A Levels be up? I am doing IB, but since its very hard to find IB past papers online, my teachers have recommended me to practice A level papers
    Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. How many subjects is it necessary to take?
I’m taking 8 subjects, and I am giving my boards in Summer next year. Is it possible to leave a few subjects that I am not scoring well in?

    • Hi Ishika,
The minimum subjects are 5. Let us know what are you taking now, and what you plan to study in the future. Then we could provide better suggestions.

      • Hi,
Right now I am taking Literature, Language, Ext. Maths, French, Chemistry, Global Perspectives, Physics and Business.
I was thinking of dropping French as I don’t score that well and that may cause my overall average to be lower. Will French help me in the future? Like for getting into colleges?
I really want to do business law (being a lawyer for businesses) or psychology. I know they are two completely different topics but this is what I have in mind for now.

        • Hi Ishika,
There is no “average score” for IGCSE. You will obtain one certificate for each subject you enrol. If you are not planning to enter into the French university nor taking anything related to French, you may drop it.

          • We can’t say “there is no advantage” in taking French. It is also good to learn another language. BUT, if you do not need French for further study, and you think you want to drop it, you may do so.

We can only suggest you the choices. You must decide for yourself by considering many factors as in the future what do you want to do ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Hi IGCSE Team,
The subjects I am taking right now are
Literature, Language, French (as a foreign language), Ext. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Global Perspectives and Business
I was thinking of either business law(working as a lawyer for companies) or psychology. I know these are two completely different topics… But, this is what I was thinking for now.
Also, are there any advantages of taking French? In a college point of view? I was thinking of dropping it as I don’t score great in the subject and it may reduce my overall grade
        Thank you so much,
        Ishika
