Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

  • Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

  1. Dear IGCSE Centre, or anyone who has done the exam
    Can you tell me what come in IGCSE Biology paper 62 Alternative to Practical
    I mean what type of question like drawing, investigation, food test, etc
    And If drawing what you were asked to draw.
    I am really Worried .
    As I am a bad drawer
    By the Way, My exam is in May/June 2016

    • It was very easy. Trust me u can do good its so easy. the first question was about testing food for protein and sugar. and there was one question about bar graph , and drawing a leaf plus there was only a hard one about finding Magnification there was something about actual base i don’t remember exactly but it was kinda of tricky. and there was a question about comparing between red blood cells of human and of frog and thn another question about which process can frogs do but humans cant which is the diffusion.

      If your answers were managed being scanned into the screen, then yes. Otherwise, the examiner won’t be able to see your answers if they weren’t fit into the screen.
