Dear IGCSE centre,
The Economics (0455) papers for Feb/march 2015 have not been released on the site yet but the mark schemes are already there, I hope you look into this issue soon. Also, when will the economics papers for the October 2015 session be released on the site?
Thank you for all your help and support.
Sincerely,
Pranav. C
Hi Pranav,
We have uploaded the Oct/Nov 2015 Economics papers. Unfortunately we are also missing the papers for the March series. You can always use other series for practices. Don’t sweat about it ๐
Thanks!
Is the error carry forward mark given in atp as well as structure in physics and chemistry
Sorry Naitik, we do not understand your question. What is “atp”?
ATP is alternative to practical.
Paper 6 is the Alternative to Practical. Paper 6 weights 20% of your overall performance in the subject. Whatever mistakes you made in Paper 6, will affect the total marks for Paper 6. The same goes for Paper 1, Paper 2, etc…
There won’t be any “carry forward errors”. May we know “carry forward” to where?
dear team IGCSE, error carry foward ( ECF)
is a common mark giving scheme according to igcse where if the candidate has made a mistake in the start of a calculation and continued it forward but the formula is correct then the candidate deserves marks.
1 out of 2
or 3 out of 3
depending on mistake
the ECF depend on question
check marking scheme
Hi Michael,
Yes, in this case. But we do not understand the previous question as how the Alternative To Practical paper could contribute to “error carry forward” to structure Physics and Chemistry.

The above is the full form of ATP.

Hi Philomena,
Yes, of course it is possible. You can register him with your local British Council and sit for the exams as “Private Candidate”. We suggest you to pay a visit to British Council and find out what are the available subjects in your area.
