Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.
- Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
- 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
- “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
- DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

In 0500 english papers for extended.. they have specified the word count… are there any consequences of we exceed or write below the word count ???
HI Aakash,
There won’t be any punishment if you exceed the word limit. However, you must make sure you could finish all the writings in time.
If you write below the word limit, chances are you do not provide enough points to answer the questions, and this might not earn you any marks. Few words below the word limit is fine. However, if it’s too much below, you will only earn lower band. Please see the mark scheme for explanation.

We do not have any specific country’s schedule. You must get this confirmation from your school / exam centre.
mostly it is not rescheduled because cie never changes exam timetables
