Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.
- Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
- 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
- “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
- DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

i was checking the grade boundaries for last year and they said for chemistry, physics and biology the maximum mark is 200, how is that possible if i sit paper 11,31 and 51? please could you explain to me

they are converted to become out of 200
they’re just multiplied by 1.25, it’s the same for all die subjects

Did not know how to post a comment so had to reply in order to ask my question. I would like to know if you guys are going to also put up 2015 papers once the Cambridge IGCSE exams are over. Please update your papers till 2015. I am doing the 2016 exams so I want to try out the 2015 papers to get some experience. I heard from my siblings and friends and cousins who are currently doing 2015 exams that they all found 2015 extremely difficult. I want to attempt those papers to get practice because the papers get harder every year so 2016 would even be more tough. If 2015 papers are tough, I want to be able to get an idea of how they will be. Please update and put up the 2015 papers soon!
Yes…same here. I am one of them from the 2016 batch! My brother and friends told me that their 2015 exams were DISASTROUS! OMG what will I do? Please put up the 2015 papers ASAP… I request!!!!
i was from the girls that did 2015it wasn’t that much hard as wat you are imagining it was medium and dont be angry they are not bringing the paper from themselves ….on 11-8 exactly the paers will be downloaded so dont worry and study well…ya and pray for me alao
