Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

  • Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
  • 2028 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

  1. Hey for anybody who did physics p31 did you get a current of 6000A for the electrical question.PLEEEEEEZZZZZEEEE ANSWERS BECAUSE I’M STRESSED ABOUT IT

    • I think it was okay… We had questions not in our book though, honestly wth was that von neuman fetch-execute model and that logic gate was OR something, I managed somehow to solve them though I don’t know if they were correct or not. How did you find it??

      • I found the von neuman fetch-execute alright.. The XOR gate? It gives an output of 1 when the number or 1 inputs are odd.. Basically, its an exclusive OR gate.. So it’s input A or B but not both
        I found the paper overall quite tough though

    For people who did paper 3 double coordinated science yesterday, what did u guys get for calculation part, the power, current and total resistance, i got 800 for power, 0.08 for current, and 1.5 for total resistance…i’m so worry…i hope i get that part right…
