Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Important announcement:

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
2028 Specimen papers are now available.
“Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

Hello,
Those who did Feb:March 2016,
For the 3 sciences, was paper 2 extended very difficult compared to the older paper 1s we used to do?

IF YOURE IN SEARCH FOR A SPECIMEN PAPER BUT ITS NOT THERE, PLEASE READ THIS:)
The specimen papers (sp’s) are released by the IGCSE board only if there has been a change in the syllabus for that year. For example, IGCSE Physics (0625) has had some changes for the 2016 papers such as transistors and c.r.o which have been removed, hence, to give the students an insight on how the paper will be, they release a paper that will not be used for testing (i.e. a certificate is not provided for the paper). Once again, please read the text in red in the notes above the subjects. This site is really helpful and people who are new here do not understand how to use it properly. Hence, they, the people who post comments without reading any instructions get lost, and eventually dont find the paper they are looking for. SO DONT POST ANY COMMENTS REGARDING THIS TOPIC, (Im not saying you cant, but please, dont). I hope the best for everyone and just stay positive, the A* is right around the corner.

Just asking , i’m going to take IGCSE exam this late year and i want to download and do past papers exam . But when i open the past paper exam and look up for my subject , theres no question at all only remarks or instructions . I need advice and help , if theres a way to do past papers , please tell me .
