Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers

Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Important announcement:

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
2028 Specimen papers are now available.
“Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

I am a retired teacher who is helping some IGCSE students to prepare for their check point exams and their exams at the end of the year. I find it difficult to download past exam papers especially for the checkpoint exam. I was able to download sample papers for 2004 and 2015. Please let me know whether there are other alternative sources , in the book shops here in Johor Bahru, Malaysia or in Singapore ? Please reply soon.

You could find checkpoint test papers from the Cambridge Schools. We do not think you could “buy” the checkpoint test papers. Alternatively, you can always write to CIE and enquire about this.

In ICT pp 2 when you write a title or subtitle in capital letters in document production will it be marked wrong.
