Hi igcse center
Every what year does the syllabus change
And what are the most important past paper to solve for the coming external.
Hi Yaman,
We do not quite understand your question.
If we get you correctly, CIE will decide when they would change the syllabus. There is no “fixed” year of changing syllabus. You can always use ALL the past papers as practices. If there is a change of syllabus, just use the “Specimen Papers” to practise on the new topic. The rest of the past papers would still be relevant for other topics.
Hello plz I take English as a second language oral endorsement I need to know how to use the space given for the second essay efficiently I always need more space to finish my own essay plz help me igcse will start soon
Hi Muhammed,
If you need more space to finish writing your essay, just ask for a new piece of paper and label it properly. Remember to fasten this extra paper together with your answer sheet at the end.
Hi team,
I have a question that has been bothering me about 0625(physics). When I do past papers some mark schemes give the answer as lets say for example 2200 W. I write my answer as shown on the calculator for example 2156 W instead of 2200 W. Would I get it marked wrong if i write to more than 2 s.f ? Mark schemes nearly always have answers to 2 s.f and I don’t want to lose easy marks because of that.
Dear Ahmad,
your answer mainly depends on the type of values that they have given which will usually be the same throughout the question(e.g: if energy is in 2 s.f, then power should also be to 2 s.f) and in measuring or control questions it will depend on the least count of your instrument.
Hope this helps
Regards
Abir
