  1. Well, my board exams have begun and I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the IGCSE Team for your voluntary action of providing us with past papers punctually. You have been a great help for my friends and I these past two years. Thanks a lot!

    • Hi Sakina,

Usually, smooth line graph means drawing the line free-hand & smoothly. But then again, always read the instructions carefully on what is required.

For instance, below are the instructions for Chemistry syllabus:
Sketch, when applied to graph work, implies that the shape and/or position of the curve need only be qualitatively correct, but candidates should be aware that, depending on the context, some quantitative aspects may be looked for (e.g. passing through the origin, having an intercept). In diagrams, sketch implies that simple, freehand drawing is acceptable; nevertheless, care should be taken over proportions and the clear exposition of important details.

    Biology-C
    Chemistry-C
    English-B
    Kiswahili-A
    Maths-A
    Sociology-A
    History-C
Is it possible for me to do medicine or any medical course in INDIA

    • Hi Ronak,

Generally, medical schools require a minimum grade of B and above for all subjects. A more reputable university might even require only Grade A. If you really want to study medicine or any medical, you will need to resit Biology and Chemistry.

However, every university tends to have different grade requirements. It is best to check with the university you wish to apply for and confirm with them on the entry requirement for their medicine or any medical courses.
