Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers

Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2028 Specimen papers are now available.

Important announcement:

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
2028 Specimen papers are now available.
“Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

Hello,can u pls enable sujectwise downloading of papers so we can download all the papers of a particular suject in one go.

Dear IGCSE Team,
Thanks a lot for your efforts , you enabled us to download set of all the papers for yearly basis.
But this is still time-consuming.I would be pleased if you enable us to download Subject wise papers .
For example : download all Physics (0625) papers in a single click.

Dude you can download all at one click. Just click on the link to open google drive. then select the year(s). Then click on more actions (the tree dots at top right) and click on download.

Hey dude! I’m giving feb march too, I suggest solving papers and focus on the paper type(paper2/paper3/paper4) and know the formats of everything needed and ask your english teacher for help! There are 4 days left for the paper! You should’ve thought of this earlier, well good luck!
P.S- go through persuasive techniques ,figures of speech and vocabulary.

While writing a narrative or a descriptive in 0500… are we allowed to give a prologue??
Example: “The following story takes place in the Medieval Ages and the character is trapped by hunters”.
so ARE V ALLOWED?
